Baltimore company creates vodka-infused ice creams
Baltimore-based dessert producer Arctic Buzz has succeeded after several years of trial and error in making vodka-flavoured ice cream.
The cool treat is only available in Maryland, USA at the moment
Arctic Buzz worked with a local distillery to produce vodka flavours that are paired with the company’s flavoured ice cream, with six flavours currently available.
The boozy ice cream flavours include, coconut, key lime pie, vanilla, cookies & cream, chocolate and raspberry.
Each of the six flavours has an alcohol content between 8.6% and 8.9%.
Currently only available in select locations in Maryland, US, the company hopes to reach more markets in the future.
In August this year, the Scotch Malt Whisky Society’s Kaleidoscope Bar released a range of whisky-flavoured ice creams for summer.
Gin Mare also teamed up with ice cream maker Ruby Violet to host a G&T Ice Cream Parlour pop-up for London gin fans in May.
