Cotswolds Distillery in pictures

Cotswolds Distillery uses three different types of casks: first-fill Bourbon, Sherry casks, and shaved, toasted and recharred (STR) casks – a variety designed by Dr Jim Swan.

The core Cotswolds Single Malt Whisky expression will use 70% STR casks and 30% Bourbon casks. The distillery will also produce a limited edition ‘peated whisky’ using barrels that previously held peated malt.
