Galvin unveils UK General Election-themed cocktails

While the UK’s General Election polling day rumbles on, Michelin-starred restaurant series Galvin and French maître d’ Fred Sirieix serve up six politically-inspired cocktails.

The Green Party cocktail, containing Olmeca Tequila, elderflower cordial, St. Germain liqueur, lemon juice, and grapes

Described as a “cocktail party of political leaders”, the drinks include both twists on classic and new creations and are available in Galvin bars across London, Edinburgh, Essex and St Albans.

The menu has been created with the UK’s “dividing and beguiling party leaders” from the Conservative Party, Labour Party, Liberal Democrats, Green Party, SNP and UKIP in mind, resulting in cocktails such as the Bloody May, Farron Fizz and Freedom Sturgeon.
