Aperol Spritz pops up on London rooftop
By Kristiane SherryGruppo Campari-owned Aperol has opened a rooftop Aperol Spritz Terrazza location in London, in partnership with local design studio Patternity.
Aperol Spritz is bringing a pop-up rooftop bar to London this summer
Inspired by the Terrazza Aperol in Milan, the venue was created with after-work drinkers in mind.
Aperol Spritz serves are paired with a menu of Italian small plates, and the bar also features a GIF photobooth for guests to enjoy.
The Patternity partnership sees the installation of a bold, orange art concept which features a marble design, said to bring to life the “sparkling qualities” of the Aperol Spritz serve.
Aiming to inspire those present, a series of Aperol Spritz Socials will see London influencers present talks to bar guests.
Located at the Bird of Smithfield, the bar will be open until 10pm Monday to Saturday from 11 May to 31 August.
Earlier this week parent company Gruppo Campri reported a “stable” first quarter, with an above expectation performance pegged back by currency volatility.
