Patrón releases one-litre pewter design for TR
Patrón Spirits has introduced a Collector’s Edition one-litre, pewter-clad Patrón Silver Tequila bottle exclusively for travel retail.
Patrón has released a Collector’s Edition bottle, featuring a pewter design
Unveiled on-stand at the IAADFS Duty Free Show of the Americas, the limited edition bottle features a pewter-made, hand-applied intricate Patrón bee, and a clear glass stopper.
The limited edition design coincides with the roll-out of new 1-litre formats of the core Patrón Tequila and liqueur bottles in travel retail, replacing the 700ml and 750ml bottles previously available.
“Only in duty free will people find our core line of Patrón tequilas and liqueurs in 1-liter size bottles, and we’re enthusiastic to begin that transition from our standard domestic 750ml and 700ml bottles,” said John Kilmartin, VP, global travel retail at Patrón Spirits International.
“This special edition, extremely eye-catching bottle – which marks the first time that we’ve so strikingly reimagined our Patrón label – is the perfect way to introduce and excite travel retail customers about the new larger size Patrón bottle that they’ll now find when shopping for our tequilas and liqueurs in duty free.”
All Patrón Tequila is made from 100% Weber blue agave, distilled and bottled at the Hacienda Patrón distillery in Jalisco’s Highlands.
In addition to the limited edition pewter bottle and the new 1-litre core range formats, the recently launched Patrón Extra Añejo 5 Años, the Roca Patrón line and the latest Chinese New Year edition will also be on-stand at IAADFS.
The IAADFS Duty Free Show of the Americas is live now at the Orlando World Center Marriott and continues until Wednesday 6 April.
