Tito’s enters Finnish market with Oy Norex
US-based Tito’s Handmade Vodka has appointed Oy Norex Spirits to handle on-trade distribution in Finland, marking its entry into the market.
Tito’s Handmade Vodka has entered the Finnish market via a distribution agreement with Oy Norex Spirits
The “craft” brand is available now to Finnish consumers in the channel.
“We are excited to bring Tito’s Handmade Vodka to the Finnish market and to partner with Oy Norex Spirits for distribution,” said Bert “Tito” Beveridge, the brand’s founder and master distiller.
Marika Rekola, product manager at Oy Norex Spirits, added: “Tito’s Handmade Vodka is an award winning craft vodka from America and we are thrilled to be the distributor for the brand in Finland. It’s a dynamic brand with a great taste at a great price point.”
Tito’s Handmade Vodka is made from corn, a base said to provide a “sweeter, rounder finish than vodkas made from wheat and potatoes”.
According to the brand, it has seen strong sales growth in the US, and is currently available in the UK, Europe and Asia as well as on-board United Airlines and American Airlines.
The 40% abv vodka is available to consumers in Finland in a 70cl bottle format.
Tito’s is currently facing a lawsuit in the US over claims made on its label.
