Aultmore launches 25YO single malt Scotch
By Melita KielyJohn Dewar & Sons has launched a 25-year-old expression of its Aultmore single malt Scotch whisky, as part of its Last Great Malts of Scotland collection.
Aultmore 25 Year Old will initially be available in 10 markets around the world, including travel retailAultmore 25 Year Old follows in the footsteps of Aultmore 12 Year Old and 21 Year Old, which were launched exclusively in travel retail at World Duty Free Group last month until the end of January.
Each bottled at 46% abv, the 25- and 12-year-old expressions will be launched in 10 markets around the world including Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Russia, Sweden, Taiwan, the UK, the US and travel retail.
Meanwhile, the 21-year-old single malt will remain a travel retail exclusive.
Stephen Marshall, single malts global marketing manager, said: “Aultmore is elusive, mysterious and one of the easiest drinking drams around; I think Scotch lovers are going to really enjoy this one.”
Other expressions included in the Bacardi-owned brand’s Last Great Malts of Scotland range comprise Aberfeldy, Deveron, Craigellachie and Royal Brackla.
