TippleOS Distributor Digital Roundtable

Tipple, the infrastructure for the alcohol industry, is inviting drinks distributors to share the most frustrating parts of their jobs – so they can fix them!

As drinks portfolios expand and margin pressures keep mounting, many distributors are finding that the systems supporting their businesses are no longer keeping pace. Sales teams are limited by the number of accounts they can physically manage, operational teams are dealing with increasing manual workload, and data across pricing, orders and customers often sits in disconnected places.

Now, Tipple is inviting drinks distributors from across the UK, Ireland, Europe and the US to join the conversation and share what is and isn’t working for them, and get an exclusive first look at the potential solution: TippleOS, a brand new operating system created to modernise the drinks industry.

TippleOS keeps your current tools, but makes work easier. It offers a customer-facing shopfront synced with your order system, account-level pricing and promotions, and automated routing of orders and queries to the relevant internal teams. The platform has been designed to support UK, Ireland, EU, US and global travel retail markets.

The session will be a working industry discussion designed to get to the heart of real-world problems, all informed by day-to-day distributor experiences rather than abstract technology theory.

The session will introduce TippleOS, ask questions on the biggest issues that today’s drinks distributors are facing, and focus on solving practical issues, including:

  • Sales coverage limits and account segmentation by market

  • Operational friction across ordering, pricing, promotions and issue handling

  • Lack of joined-up data across commercial and operational teams

Hosted by Eoin Bara, founder of Tipple, and moderated by Melita Kiely, editor-in-chief of The Spirits Business, the roundtable will form part of a wider initiative to build TippleOS in collaboration with the trade itself.

Participants will be invited to join as founding contributors, receiving access to the platform for 12 months while providing ongoing feedback that will help inform product development, feature prioritisation, and rollout strategy.

Attendance will be limited to 20–30 senior participants.

Who should attend?

  • Owners, founders and C-suite leaders of distribution businesses

  • Heads of operations, commercial directors and digital transformation leads

  • Regional distributors with established on- and off-trade networks

Date: Tuesday 3 March
Time: 3pm – 4pm
