Mezcal Margarita

Mezcal Margaritas are in fashion right now, and this one using Del Suelo’s Espadín finds the sweet spot between the spirit’s smoky notes and bright citrus from the rest of the ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Del Suelo Espadín Mezcal
- 25ml Fresh lime juice
- 15ml Triple sec or orange liqueur
- 10ml Agave syrup (1:1)
Method: Run a lime wedge around half the rim of a chilled rocks glass and dip into salt. Fill the glass with fresh cubed ice. Add the mezcal, lime juice, orange liqueur, and agave syrup to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard for 10-12 seconds until well chilled and diluted. Strain over the ice in the prepared glass. Garnish with a lime wheel or lime wedge.
Desi Daru Paloma

A vodka twist on a Paloma that shows you don’t need to depend on an agave spirit to make the cocktail. The salt rim is elite too.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Desi Daru Original vodka
- 10ml Fresh lime juice (half a lime)
- 5ml Agave syrup
- Top up with pink grapefruit soda
- Garnish: Achari Masala salt half rim* and pink grapefruit wedge
*Achari Masala salt: 25g of your favourite Achari Masala or spicy mix, 50g rock salt. Mix both powders on a plate. Keep dry.
Method: Using a lime wedge, wet the outside of your Highball glass. Sprinkle Achari Masala salt on the wet part of the glass. Pour Desi Daru Original and other ingredients in the glass. Fill your glass with ice cubes to the top. Add a fresh pink grapefruit wedge on the top.
Gin Fizz

For spring, a Gin Fizz is just an absolutely necessary recipe to make. Take it outside and enjoy a great life choice.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Sir Edmond Gin
- 25ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15ml Simple syrup
- Soda water (to top)
- Plenty of ice cubes
- Garnish: Lemon peel
Method: Shake the gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with soda water. Garnish with a lemon peel.
Alpha Sour

Cocktail? Beer? Why not both? Do that with this beer-infused Whisky Sour recipe from Witchmark. Highly refreshing on a crisp spring day.
Ingredients:
- 25ml Witchmark New Make
- 40ml Stone Daisy Cow Down Ale
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Sugar syrup
Method: Hard shake all the ingredients over ice. Strain, discard ice and dry shake. Pour straight up into a 1/3 pint glass.
Tea Ice Tea

The name’s Tea, Ice Tea – and it’s light, refreshing and fruity. This recipe from Tatratea is fitting for any April moment, from relaxed terrace gatherings to the first warm evenings of the season.
Ingredients:
- 40ml Tatratea 42% Peach
- 200ml Peach ice tea
- Lemon juice
- Ice
Method: Fill the shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Mix well and pour into a glass.
Shadow Kiss

Some kisses are remembered; this one is never forgotten. The mood of this cocktail from Spy X Vodka is darkly romantic, with a seductive undercurrent.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Spy X Vodka
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Rich syrup
- 60ml Lychee juice
- Top up with raspberry foam
- Garnish: edible dust
Method: Shake ingredients, pour into glass and top with raspberry foam. Garnish with edible dust and raspberries.
Provence Mule

Take a trip to Provence – a beautiful place, we hear – through this French-inspired Mule from Bardinet.
Ingredients:
- 5 Fresh blackberries
- 20ml Fresh lemon juice
- 10ml Lavender syrup
- 50ml Bardinet VSOP Brandy
- Top up: Ginger beer
- Garnish: Fresh blackberry and dry lavender flower
Method: Gently muddle the blackberries in a Mule cup. Pour in the fresh lemon juice and lavender syrup, then stir gently with a bar spoon to combine. Fill the mug with ice and add Bardinet VSOP Brandy. Top up with ginger beer, and give a light stir to integrate.
Black Forest Rum Old Fashioned

Made with Isle of Barra Distillers’ recently released Black Forest rum, this Old Fashioned is warming and full of dark fruits, with a subtle lift of citrus.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Island Dark Rum: Black Forest
- 1tsp Black cherry syrup (or rich sugar syrup)
- 2 Dashes of aromatic bitters
- 1 Large ice cube
- Garnish: Orange peel and a brandied cherry
Method: Stir all ingredients with ice until well chilled. Express the orange peel over the drink and garnish with the cherry.
Passoã Passion Fruit Spritz

A sun-kissed cocktail that demands warm weather and clear blue skies. Might even make you tan.
Ingredients:
- 60ml Passoã
- 90ml Sparkling wine (Brut)
- 30ml Soda water
- Lime wheel
Method: Fill glass with cubed ice and pour two parts Passoã, one part soda water, and three parts sparkling wine into a glass. Decorate with a lime wheel.
Bols Elderflower Spritz

Toast to your own carefully curated aperitivo moment with this cocktail from Lucas Bols, which brims with floral notes.
Ingredients:
- 90ml Prosecco
- 60ml Bols Elderflower
- 30ml Soda water
- Thyme sprig
Method: Fill wine glass with cubed ice, pour two parts Bols Elderflower, one part soda water, and three parts sparkling wine into glass. Decorate with thyme sprig.
Dirty Motel Martini

A smoky and savoury twist on a timeless classic, created by bartender Edgarito Santillan.
Ingredients:
- 50ml Motel Mezcal
- 10ml Bianco Ulrich (or any Bianco of your preference)
- 20ml Olive brine
- Garnish: Three skewered olives
Method: Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Stir until chilled and strain into a chilled Martini glass.
The Smoky Espresso Martini

You heard it, this Espresso Martini is smoky. It brings a peaty whisky dimension to the classic coffee cocktail, if you’re after some extra oomph.
Ingredients:
- 35ml Benriach The Smoky Ten
- 15ml Kahlúa
- 10ml Sugar syrup
- 1 Double espresso
Method: Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well mixed. Strain into a coupe or Martini glass, and garnish with coffee beans.
