Cocktail bar opens below London’s Flour & Grape
By Lauren BowesThe Cellar Club has launched beneath Italian restaurant Flour & Grape in London’s Bermondsey, offering a late-night experience.

Developed by hospitality entrepreneur Nick Crispini, the new space is distinct from the restaurant, offering a ‘moody, intimate bar’.
Positioned as an ‘underground dive bar with high-quality cocktails’, The Cellar Club offers a ‘focused, creative’ drinks list with all signature serves priced at £10 (US$13).
Highlights include the Figaro, made with gin, fig leaf liqueur, triple sec and Prosecco, a riff on a Pisco Sour called the Pajarito, and a Pimento Martini.
Classic cocktails are also available on request.
The menu also features low- and no-alcohol options and a concise snack offering.
Flour & Grape said the launch reflects a continued trend within hospitality of ‘maximising existing sites through complementary concepts’.
High-class dive bars were one of our trends to watch in 2026, following the launch of similar London venues such as All My Gods in Bethnal Green.
