Rémy Martin adds LA and Miami to This is My City series
By Rupert HohwielerCognac house Rémy Martin has expanded its This is My City series with Los Angeles and Miami editions.

The series launched last year with Atlanta, New York, Chicago and Detroit editions, highlighting the cultural influences and creative spirit of the four US cities. The cities and their notable landmarks are featured on themed bottles of Rémy Martin’s VSOP Cognac.
The Los Angeles Edition bottle is called a Melody of Dreams and reflects LA’s ambition and artistry, where ‘creativity is shaped across studios, stages, and entertainment’.
Miami’s bottle is called Rhythm of Paradise and is said to capture a ‘city powered by sound and movement, rooted in a rich musical heritage that influences culture and style worldwide’.
Tonia Mancino, vice president of luxury brands at Rémy Cointreau Americas, said: “Miami and Los Angeles are cities that consistently move culture forward, shaped by bold and ever-evolving creative voices.
“Bringing Remy Martin’s VSOP This Is My City Limited Edition to these markets allows us to honour what makes each city distinct while supporting the next generation of leaders who are shaping culture within their communities.”
The new This is My City bottles are available in their respective cities for US$49.99.
This is My City micro grant
Like last year, the Cognac brand is using the limited edition releases to coincide with its micro grant initiative.
The programme awards a US$20,000 microgrant to one emerging creative representing a city, which also includes tailored mentorship from a leader in a creative field.

The mentor for Los Angeles is Aliya Janell, a professional choreographer, dancer and founder of world-renowned stiletto class, Queens N’ Letto. The mentor for Miami is Skyh Black, who’s known for his work in television and fashion, including a role in BET+’s All the Queen’s Men.
The initiative seeks entrepreneurs who are making a notable cultural impact on their local community.
Successful submissions will be based on contributions to culture, innovation, and originality, as well as how the candidate pushes boundaries and displays a unique style and authenticity.
Recipients must provide examples of relevant programmes they’ve developed. They will also attend a celebratory event as an honouree in their respective city.
Applicants must be over 21 and a resident of Miami or Los Angeles.
Applications are open on Rémy Martin’s website until 6pm ET on 26 March. The grant honorees will be announced in May.
Rémy Martin saw sales growth of 3.2% in the third quarter of 2025-26. Parent company Rémy Cointreau attributed the rise to the Americas region, where it grew for the fourth quarter in a row.
Last October, Rémy Martin got a new CEO when Jean-Philippe Hecquet stepped down and was succeeded by Amaury Vinclet.
