Teeling Christmas Batch returns to Irish airports
By Nicola CarruthersAfter the sell-out success of its first batch last year, Bacardi-owned Irish whiskey brand Teeling has brought back its Christmas release to Dublin and Cork airports.

The limited edition bottling was unveiled last year in partnership with travel retail specialist Aer Rianta International (ARI).
Teeling Whiskey Christmas Batch will return as an exclusive offering at Dublin and Cork Airport duty free, following ‘phenomenal demand’ for the product.
The whiskey underwent a dual fermentation with white wine yeast and distiller’s yeast.
The triple-distilled blend, containing malt and grain whiskeys, was finished in a mix of three cask types: Port, red wine, and Sherry.
Stephen Teeling, sales and marketing director at Teeling Whiskey, said: “When ARI asked us last year to collaborate on our first-ever Christmas-exclusive whiskey, we were delighted to create a limited edition that captured all the aromas and tastes of the festive season.
“The response blew us away, with the release selling out in record time, so we’re excited to bring it back for a second year.
‘This year’s batch continues to embody our commitment to innovation and quality but we have added a secondary gift carton to add an extra element of collectability to the 2025 release.”
Said to offer ‘Christmas in a bottle’, the final liquid carries notes of brown sugar, Christmas pudding, allspice, sweet toffee, dried fruits and soft tannins.
It is bottled at 46% ABV and with no chill filtration in line with the rest of the Teeling range.
Teeling Whiskey Christmas Batch will be available from the two airports for the duty-free price of €42 (US$49). It can also be purchased online at dublinandcorkdutyfree.ie.
