Bacardi switches up people team
Family-owned spirits group Bacardi has made several internal moves with its people and supply chain teams.
Dave Ingram has been appointed as chief people and business transformation officer. In this role, he will be responsible for talent management, succession planning, performance management, and capability building.
Ingram most recently served as chief supply chain officer, where he led the end-to-end supply chain for the company’s portfolio of brands. He joined Bacardi in 2022.
The move follows the announcement that Scott Northcutt, who has led the people organisation at Bacardi for 16 years, is planning to retire.
Nicole Zukowski has also been promoted to chief supply chain officer. She was previously senior vice-president of the North America supply chain. She will now oversee all supply chain teams across the portfolio of Bacardi brands and around the globe.
Zukowski’s CV includes senior leadership supply chain roles at consumer brands, including Nike and L’Oreal.
Guillermo Donayre will replace Zukowski in her previous role, while also maintaining responsibility for Patrón Tequila production in Mexico. He joined Bacardi in Mexico in 2023, but will now relocate to the company’s North American regional office in Florida.
This move means that Pamela Chanona, vice-president of the market supply chain for Europe, will add Latin America and the Caribbean to her responsibilities.

Ingram’s appointment is effective immediately, pending Bermuda Immigration Authority approval, while the other role changes will be active from 1 January 2026.
Earlier this year, Bacardi appointed global senior vice-presidents for its agave and rum divisions.
