Ukiyo Gin showcased at Mr Fogg’s
By Miona MadsenKirker Greer Spirits has partnered with Mr Fogg’s in London for a ‘gin of the month’ takeover for its Japanese gin, Ukiyo.

The gin of the month takeover will run until 31 August, bringing the taste of Ukiyo’s Japanese Yuzu Gin to two Mr Fogg’s cocktail bars in London: Gin Parlour in Covent Garden and Gin Club in Soho.
The menu, which is highlighted in both venue’s ‘What’s On Tap’ gin of the month listing, features three signature cocktails with Ukiyo’s yuzu gin and a classic Ukiyo Yuzu Gin & Tonic.
Ukiyo Japanese Yuzu Gin is distilled from traditional Japanese rice and infused with yuzu, sakura flower, and juniper.
A citrus-driven cocktail, Voyage to Chiba, blends the gin with Akashi Tai Ginjo Yuzushu, lavender syrup, grapefruit, lemon, foamer bitters and Franklin & Sons Elderflower & Cucumber tonic water.
Bringing a herbal twist to the menu, Yūgen Mist marries the gin with Luxardo Bitter Bianco liqueur, basil syrup, lemon, and mint foam.
Completing the gin of the month menu, The Pearl of the East is a ‘delicate, fruity finish’ serve combining the yuzu gin with Akashi-Tai Shiraume Ginjo Umeshu, green tea and hibiscus liqueur, pear, and lemon.
Each cocktail is available throughout August for £15 (US$20).
Ukiyo’s partnership with the Mr Fogg’s Collection, known for its storytelling and extensive gin libraries, is said to create a pairing that celebrates both heritage and adventure.
Earlier this year, Kirker Greer Spirits secured a listing for Ukiyo Yuzu Gin in 210 Co-op stores throughout the UK, retailing for £32 (US$43).
