Heaven Hill unveils brand refresh and Louisville office
The new office for Heaven Hill Brands will bring its Louisville-based teams under one roof for the first time in years.

Heaven Hill Brands held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on 7 July for a new 48,000 square-foot office building. The new office, located at 815 North Whittington Parkway, includes more than 150 dedicated workspaces, a two-story café, an employee art gallery wall, a new product development area, and flexible gathering spaces.
Alongside the new space, Heaven Hill has introduced a new brand look and identity that reflects its near 90-year legacy while signalling a bold vision for its future. Central to this refreshed identity is a new company tagline, ‘Thriving Together’, a message meant to capture the belief that long-term success comes through collaboration and shared values.
The new brand identity was initially introduced internally earlier this year and, as of the ribbon-cutting ceremony, is fully visible across external channels including the company’s relaunched website.
“Our new corporate office is a physical expression of our refreshed brand, modern, intentional, and people-first,” co-president Kate Latts said. “It reflects not only how we work, but who we are: a company built on connection, creativity, and a belief that we thrive together.”
Among the standout features in the new building is Max’s Place, a tasting bar named by employees in honour of executive chairman Max Shapira. The building also features installations from local partners, including a hand-painted mural and a living moss wall.
“We built this office to foster connection, collaboration, and growth,” co-president Allan Latts explained. “And it comes at a time when Heaven Hill is gaining momentum on every front, from new product innovation and distilling expansion, to how we invest in our people and communities. That’s what ‘Thriving Together’ looks like in action.”
The ribbon-cutting ceremony was attended by city and company leadership including Louisville mayor Craig Greenberg, and employees.
“Heaven Hill is a vibrant and growing business with deep roots in Louisville,” Greenberg added.
“Its new corporate office is a testament to the economic strength and momentum we have right now in Louisville and an investment in the future success of the company and our community. The innovative design and commitment to employee well-being will attract new talent to Heaven Hill and to the city of Louisville.”
Founded in 1935, Heaven Hill is a private family-owned spirits company headquartered in Bardstown, Kentucky.
In 2022, The Spirits Business spoke to Kate and Allan Latts about their vision for the company.
