As part of its strategic growth plan, Arkay is seeking new investors to support its continued expansion, technology development, and key strategic initiatives.

To attract accredited investors who share the company’s vision for innovation and long-term value creation, Arkay has launched a PPM reflecting its US$1.5 billion valuation. The valuation is said to underscore Arkay’s ‘strong market position and future potential’.

Reynald Vito Grattagliano, a perfumer and self-made scientist, founded Arkay Beverages in 2011, with commercial production beginning the same year. Considered a pioneer of the category, the company offers a wide range of alcohol-free and flavoured ‘spirits’ with zero sugar, carbs or fat.

In 2020, Grattagliano also created plant-based alcohol-free ‘spirits’ brand Beyond Spirits to ‘address climate change through innovative means’.

The new private placement marks a key milestone in the company’s mission to ‘redefine social drinking without compromise’.

Potential investors can request further details regarding investment terms, offering structure, and participation criteria via the companies’ websites.

The no-alcohol category is expected to grow by more than US$4 billion by 2028, according to a study by IWSR Drinks Market Analysis. The report also predicted that growth will be led by the US and Brazil.

Additionally, Fact.MR’s analysis estimates that the zero-proof ‘spirits’ sector will be worth US$271 billion by 2033.
