Non-alc platform DioniLife partners with Breakthru Beverage

Non-alcoholic beverage platform DioniLife will have a heightened presence in Colorado thanks to a deal with Breakthru Beverage.

DioniLife’s first acquisition was Mash Gang Beer, but it will continue to build out a portfolio of NA products

Damian McKinney and Steve Wilson launched non-alcoholic platform DioniLife in September 2024.

Its first acquisition, Mash Gang Beer, initially launched in the UK, Colorado, and Wisconsin.

The platform has announced a partnership with Breakthru Beverage in Colorado to increase its presence in the state in advance of additional brand launches.

“Breakthru emerged as the clear option for DioniLife as we conducted a thorough search for a partner that could scale at the pace at which we are operating,” said McKinney, who serves as CEO. “It has the proven track record, relationships, and energy to match DioniLife. We are excited about this partnership and eager to work with the Breakthru team.”

DioniLife is building a portfolio of non-alcoholic products through both internal development and acquisition. The company plans to add to its US distribution, with additional states to be announced this spring.

“The non-alcoholic beverage category is experiencing a surge of popularity, driven by health-conscious consumers and those looking for an alternative to alcohol,” said Nate Phippen, executive vice president of Colorado at Breakthru Beverage Group. “We’re thrilled to be selected as distributor of choice by DioniLife. We are committed to expanding non-alcoholic offerings and are excited to partner with DioniLife to secure its spot in this growing market.”
