At 5.15pm on Sunday 16 March, Thomas Henry will open The Spirits Business Innovation Bar at ProWein, in Hall 7, Stand C01.

The talented team from the Rumah in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, will be shaking and stirring drinks for guests, at the end of what is sure to be a busy day at the trade fair. The bar team will include Rumah co-founder Edward Nijhoff.

Drinks will be made with 10 spirits from The Spirits Business’ most recent Top 50 Most Innovative Spirits ranking, which looked at the most creative new product launches of 2024.

Valentin Norberg, Thomas Henry’s Belgian brand ambassador and drinks innovation manager – and the owner of Botanical by Alfonse in Namur, Belgium, which was listed in the World’s 50 Best Discovery 2024 list – will create essences for every spirit to serve some stellar Highball creations.

Most of the drinks will also be available alcohol-free using Undone Alcohol-Free Spirits.

Visitors and exhibitors are invited to stop by for a refreshment, and opportunities to mingle with fellow ProWein attendees.
