Arctic Blue partners with Bemakers
By Miona MadsenFinnish producer Arctic Blue Beverages has teamed up with Danish distributor Bemakers to widen its consumer base in Europe.

Through webshops on the Bemakers’ platform, Artic Blue Beverages will initially be available to consumers in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Austria and Switzerland.
Additionally, business-to-business (B2B) ordering will be available for bars and restaurants in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Norway.
Arctic Blue Beverages offers a range of products, including artisan and cask-aged gins, Finnish long drinks and tonic water.
The brand’s products are crafted in Finland and inspired by northern landscapes. They are made with spring water, various Arctic botanicals and wild berries sourced from the region’s rich forests.
Through the collaboration, Arctic Blue has implemented its e-commerce strategy by launching online shops on the Bemakers platform.
The partnership will provide European customers with a convenient way to purchase the producer’s products directly.
Sharing his excitement on the online sales channel, Kimmo Wager, COO and head of international sales at Arctic Blue Beverages, said: “The Arctic Blue webshop allows us to connect with customers widely in European countries and provide them with our complete range of products. It also offers the flexibility to quickly update our offerings as our portfolio expands.”
Wager continued: “This is just the beginning. We are already exploring opportunities to expand the Arctic Blue webshop into additional markets in collaboration with Bemakers, making our arctic beverages even more widely available.”
At The 2023 Gin Masters – Second Tasting, the company was awarded two Gold medals.
Last month, another Finnish producer, Teerenpeli, partnered with Bemakers to expand its presence in the European market.
So far, Bemakers’ busy 2024 activity has seen it open a warehouse in Sweden, partner with Vinmonopolet in Norway, and secure £3.5 million in seed funding for expansion.
