ProWein sponsors SB Awards
The industry’s largest trade show, ProWein, will sponsor the Lifetime Achievement Award prize at The Spirits Business Awards 2024.
The Spirits Business Awards (SB Awards) was established in 2019 with the aim of celebrating excellence across the spirits industry.
On 14 November 2024, a black-tie event will take place at The Underglobe theatre in London, where the winners of each category will be revealed.
Categories span five core areas of the spirits trade: Retail and Marketing, Sustainability and Innovation, Tourism, Products, and People.
Last year’s Lifetime Achievement Award was given to Terry Fraser, master distiller of Tanqueray and Gordon’s Gin.
The entry deadline for this year’s awards is 28 June 2024. The shortlisted entries will be announced in August.
Nicole Funke, senior project manager at ProWein, said: “There are personalities who have been shaping the spirits industry for many years – people who have achieved great things with unique ideas, courage, hard work and dedication. The Spirits Business honours such with the Lifetime Achievement Award.
