Available from September, The Spirits of Salud Tasting Box is available in four variations: rum, whisky, gin and cocktails.

Brands featured within the sets are Crystal Head Vodka, Starward, Stauning, Chichibu, Mates, Flaming Pig, Gin Raw, Silent Pool, Tarquin’s, Twin Fin, Scapegrace, AH Riise, Santos Dumont, Cenote vodka, and Bayou rum.

Lieke van Vliet, CCO of Salud Spirits, said: “What marketing tool could be more powerful than actually experiencing a drink? That’s why we’re launching this tasting box, enabling enthusiasts to try and experience for themselves.”

The sets come with a detailed booklet that provides a QR code allowing customers to gain access to extensive brand information, recommended drinking methods, and cocktail recipes. A discount voucher will also be offered for a 700ml bottle of the spirits from the sets.

The rum, gin and cocktail sets are priced at €19.95 (US$22) each, while the whisky box has an RRP of €20.95 (US$23). Each set contains five 30ml measures.

Salud event

In May, Salud Spirits held an event for professionals from the hospitality, retail and wholesale sectors.

The event showcased the distributor’s commitment to its motto of ‘drink less, drink better’.

It also featured educational experiences, including a 3D tour of Danish distillery Stauning, alongside workshops and networking opportunities.

Salud Spirits showcased its portfolio of brands, including AH Riise, Crystal Head Vodka (owned by Dan Akroyd from Ghostbusters), Dos Hombres mezcal (founded by Breaking Bad stars Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul), Gin Raw, Danish whisky Stauning, Australian whisky Starward, and many more.

Mixer brands Fentimans and Coca-Cola were also present at the event.

During the event, Salud Spirits introduced the third and fourth expressions of the 7even Gods of Fortune series by Japanese whisky Chichibu.
