The Benevolent launches online auction

UK drinks industry charity The Benevolent will host its first ‘Thanks for Giving’ online silent auction to raise funds for its ongoing work.

Hosted by website 32auctions, the sale will run for one week from Thanksgiving on 24 November to 1 December.

The charity is encouraging members of the trade to gift items to become auction lots, and is welcoming products, vouchers, gifts, corporate hospitality, merchandise and ‘money can’t buy’ experiences.

In addition, The Benevolent is offering sponsorship packages to companies willing to take a prominent role in the auction, which can include branding, and product placement.

All funds raised will enable The Benelovent to continue its work to provide practical, emotional and financial support to those in the drinks trade throughout their career.

“Our work simply couldn’t happen with out support from our amazing supporters and it enables us to continue our vital work helping members of the trade in need,” The Benevolent said in a statement.
