Hennessy and Breakthru renew US contracts

Moët Hennessy USA and Breakthru Beverage Group have renewed distribution contracts in five US markets as part of a long-term partnership.

Moët Hennessy, the leading importer and marketer of luxury wines, spirits and Champagnes in the US, has announced it will continue its long-term partnership with Breakthru Beverage Group with the renewal of contracts in Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Maryland and Washington DC.

“Moët Hennessy USA is pleased to continue our partnership with Breakthru Beverage,” said Jim Clerkin, president and CEO of Moet Hennessy North America.

“We are continually looking to improve our route to market, and with the dedicated resources and support provided for our brands, I am confident that we will continue to deliver on our commitment to building luxury brands with a strong consumer focus.”

Breakthru Beverage was formed by joining substantial holdings of The Charmer Sunbelt Group and Wirtz Beverage Group. The partnership between Moët Hennessy and Charmer Sunbelt dates back to 2005.
