Milk & Honey names new UK distributor
Israel’s Milk & Honey Distillery has appointed Penderyn as the exclusive UK distributor of its whisky and gin.
Established in 2012, Tel Aviv-based Milk & Honey (M&H) was Israel’s first whisky distillery. Milk & Honey Distillery’s spirits were previously available in the UK through distributor Maverick Drinks.
The producer has now joined the supply arm of Welsh whisky maker Penderyn for the distribution of its products in the UK.
Stephen Davies, chief executive of Penderyn, said: “We’re proud to distribute the M&H’s single malts collection to the British public. There’s a new world of single malts out there to be explored, and M&H is bringing their unique taste of Israeli whisky to our shores without us even needing to go anywhere.”
Milk & Honey’s portfolio includes the Classic single malt whisky and The Element Series, a trilogy of cask-matured single malts. The producer’s core collection also includes Levantine Gin, which is made with 100% pure malted barley and spices from Israel’s Levinsky Market.

Milk & Honey’s spirits are currently available in a number of global markets including the US, Canada, France, the Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Denmark, Australia and South Africa.
