Thomas Henry adds Pink Grapefruit to range

Tonic water and mixer producer Thomas Henry has replaced its Ultimate Grapefruit flavour with a new expression – Pink Grapefruit.

The Berlin-based producer said it has adjusted its range to add a touch of colour to meet the needs and expectations of the on-trade.

Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit is said to offer “intense sour-sweet fruitiness” that can be “complemented by a pinch of sea salt”.

Phum Sila-Trakoon, brand ambassador of Thomas Henry, said: “The Pink Grapefruit is the result of a development process that involved national and international well-known names from the bar and gastronomy scene, with whom we are in close contact.

“For us, the ideal recipe turned out to be a mix of fruit extracts from pink and white grapefruits.

“The exact recipe will, of course, remain secret. Our Pink Grapefruit’s taste profile is completed by a pinch of sea salt. It is just perfect for our signature drinks, Paloma and Cantarito.

“The new flavour blends perfectly with Tequila, which is a spirit that is trending at the moment. Pink Grapefruit is also great for tiki drinks and, like Mystic Mango, it can also be enjoyed on its own.”
