Western Europe’s highest bar launches Star Bartender nights

Guest mixologist Zdenek Kastanek will be taking over the Gong bar later this weekGuest mixologist Zdenek Kastanek and his head bartender, Logan Demmy, will be stepping up to the bar to shake up five “luxury” serves from 2-5 March.
The duo hail from 28 Hong Kong Street in Singapore – ranked seventh out in the World’s 50 Best Bars 2015.
Formerly a finalist for International Bartender of the Year, Kastanek has a wealth of bartending experience and can often be found creating bespoke cocktails on private islands and super-yachts.
He will deliver his cocktail list, which can be found below, with Gong’s head bartender Christian Maspes, alongside the bar’s original creations and classic serves.
An additional three international guest bartenders are set to appear as Star Bartenders at Gong later this year.
