Tito’s Handmade Vodka sponsors NME Awards
By Melita KielyTito’s Handmade Vodka has signed a partnership to sponsor the 2015 NME Awards, as well as the music event’s Best Track category.
Tito’s Handmade Vodka will sponsor the 2015 NME AwardsFor more than 60 years, the NME Awards have been rewarding artists in the music industry with winner including Oasis, Florence and the Machine and Arctic Monkeys.
This year’s ceremony is scheduled to take place on 18 February at The O2 Academy Brixton, with categories including Best British Band, Best Festival, Best Lyrics and Dancefloor Filler.
Tito’s Handmade Vodka will also sponsor the Best Track category, with nominees including Future Islands, Seasons (Waiting on You); Jamie T, Zombie; Jungle, Busy Earnin’; Kasabian, Eez-eh’; Noel Gallagher, In the Heat of the Moment; and Royal Blood, Little Monster.
Tito’s is crafted in Texas in what is claims is the state’s oldest legal distillery and distilled six times to give its “distinctive silky smooth texture”.
