London’s Roast launches 2nd edition gin

London restaurant Roast has launched the second edition of its house London dry ginBottled at 46% abv, the expression is infused with botanicals including juniper, coriander seeds, and angelica root and is blended with Perthshire water from Scotland.
To coincide with the launch of the second edition of Roast London Dry Gin, the restaurant’s head chef Marcus Verberne has designed a dish made up of gin-cured salmon and pickled cucumber as an ideal food pairing for the gin.
Meanwhile bar manager, Sebastien Guesdon, has created a selection of signature cocktails using the new gin.
Roast joined a number of other bars and restaurants in launching its inaugural house gin in May last year.
Roast London Dry Gin is available to buy from the restaurant itself at an introductory price of £20 in October, after which time the price will go up to £25.
