Beefeater gin releases new UK-inspired bottle
By Amy HopkinsChivas Brothers, the whisky and gin arm of Pernod Ricard, has unveiled a new limited edition bottle design of its Beefeater gin inspired by the brand’s London heritage.
Beefeater has released a new limited edition bottle inspired by the brand’s London heritageNow available in 26 markets worldwide, Beefeater’s Spirit of London limited edition bottle features an eye catching Union Jack design, at the centre of which is a silohette of a Yeoman Warden, London guards otherwise known as Beefeaters.
The brand also claims to demonstrate both modernity and heritage by placing an image of Londoner Justin O’Shea – a luxury fashion buyer – inside the traditional Beefeater silohette.
O’Shea’s image has been used across Beefeater’s ‘My London’ global advertising campaign.
As the only historic dry gin still distilled in London, we wanted to celebrate the vibrant contemporary spirit and traditional eccentricities that encapsulate our home city with our new limited edition bottle and we’re delighted with the final result,” said J.C. Iglesias, brand director for Beefeater.
“We are hopeful that this special design will capture the attention and the imagination of gin fans around the world and provide them with a unique memento of London for them to enjoy with their friends or keep as a collector’s item.”
The Beefeater Spirit of London limited edition bottle is now available in markets globally, including travel retail.
