Three deglazers have been released by the company which are each made from a blend of herbs and spices, freshly prepared before being distilled in copper stills with the brand’s own vodka made from sugar beet.

Deglaze: Bouquet Garni is a made from a combination of thyme, rosemary, torn bay leaves and whole black peppercorns.

Meanwhile Deglaze: India contains cumin seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds and lightly pressed cardamom seeds, and was designed to be used with dishes from southern Spain, North Africa and India.

The third deglazer, Deglaze: Piquant, has been made specially for Asian, Pacific fusion and Caribbean cuisine and contains deseeded guajillo chillies, fresh ginger, lime zest and cardamom seeds.

Bottled at 20% abv, each expression is available at an RRP of £20 per 500ml bottle.
