Bacardi-owned vermouth brand Martini has teamed up with Italian restaurant chain Crazy Pizza for the summer across Europe.

The partnership is said to be rooted in the Italian philosophy of sprezzatura – an effortless elegance that defines how Italians eat, drink, and socialise – inviting guests to ‘savour the best of the Italian lifestyle’.

The collaboration aims to reimagine the modern aperitivo experience with cocktails, dining, live entertainment, and signature pizzas.

During the summer, guests at 13 Crazy Pizza locations will have the opportunity to explore an exclusive cocktail menu featuring Martini cocktails, curated by the brand in collaboration with global Martini ambassador Maura Milia. Activations may vary by restaurant.

Emma Fox, vice-president of Martini, said: “Martini and Crazy Pizza share a distinctly Italian approach to bringing people together: great taste, good company and a sense of sprezzatura. This partnership brings that to life through a menu created for the table, pairing Martini Spritz with the food, atmosphere and energy of Crazy Pizza.”

The menu features a drink for every occasion, ranging from the signature Bianco Spritz, which boasts fresh citrus, delicate vanilla, and aromatic botanical notes, to the exclusive Martini Crazy Spritz created specifically for the restaurant chain.

The signature serve is a savoury twist on the classic Spritz, combining Martini Bianco, prosecco, soda, olive brine, cherry tomato, and fresh basil.

Signature dessert pairings and co-branded Martini x Crazy Pizza activations will further bring the collaboration to life across selected locations.

Flavio Briatore, founder of Crazy Pizza, commented: “Crazy Pizza has always been about creating unforgettable moments around the table, where exceptional food, music and atmosphere come together.

“Martini shares that same passion for bringing people together with effortless Italian style, making this partnership a natural extension of the Crazy Pizza experience. Together, we are offering guests a fresh way to enjoy the spirit of modern Italy, from aperitivo through to dinner.”

In Italy, the Martini menu can be found at locations in Porto Cervo in Sardinia, Forte dei Marmi, Milan, Rome, Torino, Napoli, Savelletri, and Catania in Sicily.

Other participating European dining destinations are located in St Tropez, France; the Spanish island of Ibiza; Monte Carlo, Monaco; London, England; and St Moritz, Switzerland.

Earlier this year, Martini Vermouth conducted a survey that revealed two-thirds of Europeans prefer a Spritz during the warmer months.

In recent years, vermouth has established its place as a key cocktail ingredient, with the category on track to exceed US$19.7 billion in sales by 2033 – up from US$11.1bn in 2024.
