The new list features cocktails from the Xplorer series and earlier creations

The menu features three serves from each year of Danico, as the bar celebrates its 10th anniversary this year.

Certain cocktails will be highly limited, such as the Prends L’Oseille from 2017-18, of which just 54 serves are available. The cocktail is made with Planteray 3 Stars Rum, aquavit, sorrel, green cardamom, yogurt, lime and absinthe.

The Ghost in the Shell, created in 2018-19, will have only 52 servings. The cocktail is made with aquavit, white cocoa, passion fruit, coconut milk, ghost bitters and egg.

Early signature cocktails from 2016-17 include Kota Ternate, which blends two Planteray rums with pineapple, coconut spice mix, lime and milk in a spicy riff on a Piña Colada.

Examples from a year later include a spicy Highball called What’s Up Doc?, made with Tequila, horseradish, carrot, black peppercorn and soda.

From 2018-19, the Fat Duck is a smoky milk punch with Scotch whisky, Calvados, baked apple, caramel, lemon and milk.

Representing 2019-20 is Sweet Banane, a banana milk punch with Planteray 3 Stars Rum, banana, coconut water, lemon and milk.

For Christ’s Sake, made with sake, jackfruit, black rice, coconut milk and egg, is taken from 2020-21, and is limited to 112 serves.

Current bar manager Corentin Gaudin’s first creation appeared in 2021-22. Titled Mirror Selfie, the cocktail combines Citadelle Gin, sweet vermouth, grapefruit, sakura tea and bergamot perfume.

Danico unveiled its Xplorer menu concept in 2023, with the first iteration inspired by Indonesian cuisine. From this cocktail list, the team have brought back Nasi Goreng, made with barley shochu, nasi goreng syrup, tofu milk and egg.

The next Xplorer menu in 2024 took guests to Japan. From this list, Danico has brought back a Negroni riff called Sakura, which combines Citadelle Gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, umeshu and sakura.

Danico’s most recent menu, Peru, has put forward the Torito de Pucará for the anniversary offering, a blend of Bourbon, cacao, blackcurrant, yacón syrup and orange-lucuma bitters.

All cocktails on the menu will be priced at €17 (US$20) and available until 31 August.
