Described as a ‘strategic evolution’, the rebrand intends to communicate the group’s business in a clearer, more effective way, while strengthening its global identity as the company expands in international markets.

Disaronno Group will act as an umbrella to the company’s three divisions – spirits, wines and ingredients.

Spirits, which represent nearly two thirds of turnover, will operate under the corporate brand Disaronno International.

The group’s spirits brands include its flagship Italian liqueur Disaronno, coffee liqueur Tia Maria, The Busker Irish whiskey, Engine Gin, Sagamore Rye, Rabarbaro Zucca, Artic Vodka, and Isolabella Limoncello and Sambuca.

Meanwhile, Disaronno Group’s wine division will be known as Duca Wines and its Disaronno Ingredients arm will continue to represent the company’s ice cream business.

“The transition to Disaronno Group represents a natural evolution of our journey,” said CEO Marco Ferrari. “This new corporate identity strengthens the group by enhancing the shared values that unite our companies and by enabling a more scalable organisation with an increasingly premium and structured profile.

“Choosing an iconic and recognisable name like Disaronno allows us to look to the future while maintaining a strong connection to our roots. With this new identity, we reinforce our international vision and our ability to consistently express the values that guide us.”

“Celebrate ‘Il Buon Vivere’ Together is not simply a mission, but the principle that inspires all our activities and relationships,” Ferrari added.

In its financial year for 2025, the group’s turnover grew by 3% on the previous year with €370 million (US$433m) in consolidated revenue.

The group also noted that 70% of its sales come from outside of its home base in Italy, with distribution of its brands reaching nearly 160 countries worldwide.

At the end of last year, the company made a double acquisition from Campari Group with the purchase of Amaro Averna and Zedda Piras. The deals are expected to be finalised before this summer.

In April, Disaronno Group promoted Robert Cullins to global chief commercial officer in part to help manage its ever-growing portfolio.
