Running until 31 May across The Ivy Asia’s venues in the UK, the campaign features five Ukiyo cocktails created in partnership with Fever-Tree.

The collaboration is said to offer a prominent platform for the brand within the on-trade, aligning with The Ivy Asia’s focus on experiential hospitality.

The menu highlights key selections from the Ukiyo range, which includes Rice Vodka and a variety of Japanese gins.

Featured serves include the Blossom Paloma, combining Ukiyo Rice Vodka with lychee, sakura, and lime, topped with Fever-Tree Pink Grapefruit Soda, and the Nashi Mule, centred around Ukiyo Nashi Pear Gin, paired with elderflower and ginger beer.

Serves like the Yuzu & Elderflower and Blossom & Tonic further showcase the brand’s citrus and floral flavours.

Additionally, the Blossom Club is an aperitivo-style drink made with Ukiyo Tokyo Dry Gin, Aperol, cherry blossom, and rose.

The activation aims to emphasise Ukiyo’s liquid credentials through a broader narrative focusing on seasonality and occasion-based drinking.

In addition to the cocktail programme, The Ivy is offering a seasonal food menu. Guests at the St Paul’s restaurant will also be greeted by a pair of cherry blossom-themed sumo wrestlers.

Last month, the brand partnered with Gebr Heinemann to increase its presence in global travel retail.
