Crealis reshapes operations
By Nicola CarruthersClosures producer Crealis Group has simplified its business structure to ensure its customers can order products across the portfolio from one place.

Crealis is an international group specialising in caps and closures for spirits and wine, as well as oils and vinegars.
The business has eight brands: Enoplastic, Sparflex, Le Muselet Valentin, Rivercap, Maverick, Pe.Di, Supercap and Corchomex.
According to Crealis, these brands are now unified under the group name, enabling customers to seamlessly order directly from a single local contact at the company rather than through each brand, which had previously operated separately.
Crealis believes this ‘transformation’ will ‘strengthen its competitiveness, accelerate operational efficiency and better serve its customers worldwide’.
“By unifying our brands, we make our offer clearer, more cohesive and more efficient for our customers worldwide,” explained Enrico Bracesco, who joined Crealis Group as CEO in March last year.
All commercial teams are now structured around a unified organisation, led by Jean-Pascal Rey, who joined the group in 2025 as chief commercial officer.
Rey added: “Our ambition is to offer a global and integrated approach, with a single partner for all closure solutions.”
The group has also refocused its operations around two business units. The first, dedicated to capsules, foils and wirehoods, addresses the needs of still and sparkling wines. The second focuses on closure solutions for spirits, oils and vinegars, including the T-Bar and T-Pourer products.
Crealis invests between 6% and 8% of its annual revenue each year. This investment is put towards the development of new materials and technologies, as well as improving the sustainability of caps and closure solutions.
“Our priority is to stay ahead,” said Bracesco. “This requires constant investment in innovation, our industrial tools and our teams.”
In addition, Crealis has identified two strategic growth drivers: spirits (led by premiumisation) and sparkling wines.
“In spirits, closures have become a central element of design and the overall experience,” Bracesco continued. “They fully contribute to the perceived value of the product.”
Crealis offers several capsules for the spirits sector, including its Alu-one capsule (made of aluminium), the Elite polylaminated capsule range, a line of heat-shrinking capsules and the eco-friendly Termo PET capsule.
Its closure range for spirits includes T-Bar Lux, screw caps, screw bartops, T-Pourer, T-Bar, and Pedistrip (which feature tamper-proof seals).
Crealis operates 13 production sites worldwide and has 1,300 employees. It offers five billion closure solutions every year and has a presence in more than 70 countries.
