Nightcap to move into high-end cocktail bars
Hidden Society will open at the end of the month in London’s Fitzrovia as bar group Nightcap looks to enter the UK’s upscale cocktail market.

Former Dragons’ Den star Sarah Willingham founded Nightcap in 2020. The group’s portfolio includes high-volume bars including Dirty Martini, Tonight Josephine and The Piano Works.
Hidden Society will draw inspiration from ‘art, storytelling and Fitzrovia’s creative community’, offering a ‘calmer, more considered’ alternative to London’s high-volume nightlife.
It will offer ‘precision’ drinks and aims to establish itself in the Top 50 Cocktail Bars in the UK list.
The bar’s interiors feature ‘rich’ materials, soft lighting and a layout designed to encourage conversation.
Cocktails will be rooted in the classics and ‘executed with modern balance and restraint’.
The bar will feature a concealed area, reflecting its name.
Willingham said: “Hidden Society is about returning to the fundamentals of great hospitality – thoughtful service, beautifully made drinks and creating a space where people feel immediately at ease.
“Fitzrovia has such a strong creative energy, and we wanted to create a bar that complements that – somewhere calm, considered and genuinely welcoming.”
In its full-year results for the year ending September 2025, Nightcap’s revenue rose by 3.4%.
