Lillet ditches alcohol for Blanc 0%
Pernod Ricard-owned French apéritif Maison Lillet has introduced a non-alcoholic version of Lillet Blanc to its portfolio.

Lillet Blanc 0% is designed to reflect the same fruity flavours of the original apéritif. The non-alcoholic option blends de-alcoholised French wines, fruit infusions, and ‘other key ingredients’.
Francesco Ottaviano, vice-president for gins and apéritifs at Pernod Ricard, cited an IWSR 2024 10-year forecast: “The alcohol-free spirits sector is the fastest growing spirit category set to reach a strong €1.1 billion (US$1.27bn) by 2034, and alcohol-free apéritifs are the key driver of this rapid growth.
“This shows that alcohol-free isn’t just a trend, it’s a new way of socialising.
“Our newest launch, Lillet Blanc 0%, is a premium option for conscious enjoyment, without any compromise on taste and is best enjoyed in the hero serve, the Lillet Berry 0%, for those who want something fresh and sophisticated for every occasion this summer.”
The signature Lillet Berry serve is made with one part Lillet Blanc 0% and two parts Schweppes Wild Berry over ice, and garnished with fresh berries.
Lillet Blanc 0% is presented in the brand’s newly launched bottle, featuring a blue cap and label that help it stand out from the alcoholic versions, which have a golden cap.
The new alcohol-free Lillet will be available in Germany and Austria from April, at a suggested retail price of €15.99 (US$18).
Producers are increasingly exploring the non-alcoholic category, as demonstrated by the large number of entries for The Low & No Masters 2026.
