Mast-Jägermeister has posted a positive sales performance for 2025, growing in both volume and value.

Jägermeister increased its volume sales by 7.7% in 2025 to reach 9.2 million nine-litre cases. Total revenue also grew to €822 million (US$956m).

The ‘strong’ development of the Jägermeister brand was credited as the main growth driver, boosted by the ‘significant’ growth also seen for its orange-flavoured variant.

Jägermeister Orange has already sold more than five million bottles, the company said.

Michael Volke, CEO, said: “In a year in which many globally significant spirits markets recorded declines, we succeeded in strengthening our position. Our depletions, even reached record levels worldwide – an impressive testament to the strength of our brand. Jägermeister Orange has already exceeded our expectations.

“We are now leveraging this clear momentum and are consistently expanding the international rollout of the new variant.”

Teremana Tequila, co-founded by Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and part-owned by Mast-Jägermeister, entered more than 20 new markets in 2025.

However, the company noted headwinds in the US and ongoing inventory reductions impacted sales, resulting in a volume decline from 1.1m cases to 1.0m in 2025.

Mast-Jägermeister also noted Hamburg-based spirits manufacturer Gin Sul, which it also holds a stake in, had been developing ‘cautiously’.

Looking ahead, Mast-Jägermeister is focusing on investing more than €17m (US$20m) in building a new CO₂ neutral barrel storage facility at its Kamenz facility.
