TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition 2026 opens registration
By Miona MadsenThe Tax Free World Association (TFWA) has announced programme highlights and opened registration for the Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference 2026, which will take place in Singapore from 10-14 May.

The week-long conference will feature a redesigned exhibition layout organised around category-focused ‘worlds’.
Improved zoning across levels will be complemented by central meeting hubs to offer points of connection throughout the event.
The confirmed exhibition areas include the World of Wines & Spirits, World of Beauty, World of Fashion & Accessories, World of Confectionery & Fine Food, World of Innovation, Launchpads, and Taste of the World.
The new gastronomy-focused destination, Taste of the World, will celebrate global food and beverage culture through an experience-driven format. The space will feature live demonstrations, show cooking, immersive brand activations, beverage-led concepts, and premium hospitality.
A total of 160 exhibitors have already confirmed their participation for 2026, including Brown-Forman and Suntory.
Sarah Branquinho, president of TFWA, said: “The Asia Pacific Exhibition & Conference 2026 will again bring the travel retail community together in a region constantly evolving and shaping the future of our industry.
“With an impressive mix of global and regional brands and key retailers confirmed to date, the event promises unparalleled opportunities for discovery and deal-making.
“Alongside a strong conference programme and high-level speakers, the week will feature workshops and networking moments designed to foster insight, exchange and new opportunities. We look forward to welcoming delegates for a week of business and connection.”
Branquinho will kick off the TFWA Asia Pacific Conference with an opening address, followed by contributions from Sunil Tuli, president of the Asia Pacific Travel Retail Association (APTRA), Kishore Mahbubani, Singapore’s former diplomat and two-time ambassador to the United Nations, professor Hyunjin Kim from INSEAD business school, and chef Akira Back. The panel will be moderated by Azran Osman-Rani, an author, venture capitalist, and former CEO of AirAsia X, along with Michele Miranda, the conference director of TFWA.
The conference will feature aura-themed welcome cocktails at the Flower Dome in Gardens by the Bay on Sunday evening.
On 12 and 13 May a focused workshop programme will occur in the World of Innovation Agora, providing additional insights into leadership, innovation and key regional markets.
Registration for the TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition and Conference 2026 can be made on the event’s website.
