Paradiso pens cocktail book to mark 10 years

Barcelona bar Paradiso has released a cocktail book called Paradiso: From Dream to Legacy that charts its journey since opening a decade ago.

Paradiso
Paradiso has launched its first cocktail book to mark the bar’s 10th anniversary

Paradiso was opened by Giacomo Giannotti in Barcelona in December 2015.

The bar has since gone on to receive a number of industry accolades, including most recently the fourth position in last year’s World’s 50 Best Bars list and shortlistings for both Best International Cocktail Bar and Best International Bar Team at the 2025 Spirited Awards.

The book is written in both English and Spanish and documents the journey Giannotti and his team have been on over the past 10 years; from its earliest days to claiming the title of World’s Best Bar in 2022.

It looks back at the team’s cocktail menus from the past decade and also features a selection of recipes that are said to best represent each era of the bar.

Giannotti said: “To see 10 years of passion and hard work on the pages of a book is nothing short of magical. This book marks a milestone for us, but is also a testament to the heart, creativity and vision of the team that brought Paradiso to life.

“It is filled with dreams and ideas chased with imagination and curiosity. We hope sharing the story of Paradiso will invite others to believe that dedication over time can spark something extraordinary.”

Paradiso: From Dream to Legacy is available for €49 (US$59/£43) in book stores across Spain and online at Amazon, Abacus, El Corte Inglés and Fnac.

Paradiso hosts a sustainability summit every year, which for 2026 has been rebranded into Barcelona Cocktail Fest.

Last summer, the team also opened a venue in Ibiza.
