Both brands are independent, family-run and based in London. According to both companies, the partnership is built on a mutual commitment to quality, provenance, and innovative thinking within British spirits.

Entrepreneurs Natasha and Jack Durling founded Lockdown Liquor & Co in April 2020 to raise funds and awareness for NHS Charities Together during the pandemic.

The company began in the Durlings’ kitchen and has expanded to production facilities in Balham, south London. Lockdown Liquor works closely with producers to source spirits.

The company now produces millions of ‘high-quality cocktails with full transparency’ for customers to enjoy at home and in restaurants, pubs, theatres, and on airlines.

Hayman Distillers brings five generations of London craftsmanship to the partnership and is now led by James and Miranda Hayman.

The B Corp-certified company’s portfolio includes Hayman’s The Original Gin, Respirited British Made Vodka, and Merser Handcrafted Rums.

Jack Durling commented: “We’re incredibly proud to partner with Hayman Distillers – a family business with a deep history of craftsmanship and innovation. This partnership celebrates our shared London roots and lays the groundwork for a broader strategic relationship across multiple channels.

“It’s an exciting step forward for Lockdown Liquor as we continue to build a portfolio driven by quality, transparency, and long-term collaboration.”

Hayman Distillers’ spirits will initially be included in select Lockdown Liquor SKUs.

The partnership will be rolled out across Lockdown Liquor’s portfolio, starting with selected trade partners and expanding to wider distribution over the coming months.

James Hayman added: “Partnering with Lockdown Liquor allows us to deliver premium pre-batched cocktails, which is part of our ongoing commitment to deliver best-in-class quality to the trade.”

Lockdown Liquor has previously partnered with brands such as Mezcal Unión and The Lost Explorer Mezcal to create bottled cocktails.
