Fallow spotlights Renais Gin

Renais Gin, co-founded by Emma and Alex Watson, has secured a new on-trade partnership with Fallow as the London restaurant’s exclusive gin.

The listing will see Renais served as the exclusive gin at Fallow and its sister restaurants, Roe Restaurant and Fowl, which focus on modern British cuisine and hospitality.

Renais will be featured on the cocktail menu as a base for the Fallow’s Rhubarb and Custard Spritz, made with rhubarb, yoghurt, and vanilla.

The gin is also prominently displayed behind the bar.

Alex Watson commented on the listing: “We are delighted to be working with Fallow and its sister restaurants. They are renowned for their commitment to sustainability and offering customers unparalleled quality, an ethos which aligns with Renais.

“Over the last year, we have been expanding our offering in the premium hospitality sector, and this latest listing is an important milestone for the brand. We hope visitors to Fallow will enjoy our exceptional gin in an exceptional venue.”

The new listing with Fallow is said to enhance the gin’s growing footprint in the premium on-trade sector.

Renais has already established a strong presence in top bars and restaurants across London, including The Savoy, Scarfes Bar, and Michelin-starred establishments like Luca and The Gaucho Club.

Last year, the gin brand collaborated with London-based artist and print designer Frankie Penwill to create a limited edition Harvest bottle.

Late 2025, The Spirits Business spent a weekend at Renais Gin’s home in Chablis to gain insight into the brand’s ethos and plans.
