Cygnet’s advisory board is formed by three respected industry leaders – Gianfranco Casati, Vinay Tanna and Luke Bahrenburg – whose experience and insights are said to become invaluable to the brand’s journey.

Matteo Fantacchiotti, chair of the advisory board and Cygnet’s executive partner, commented: “The formation of the advisory board reflects Cygnet’s ambition to build a globally iconic luxury spirits brand, underpinned by disciplined strategy, robust compliance, creative excellence, and long-term vision”.

Gianfranco Casati spent nearly four decades at technology consulting firm Accenture, and most recently, served as chairman and global executive CEO for Growth Markets.

He brings extensive experience in international business strategy, transformation, and innovation to the board.

Vinay Tanna joins Cygnet after nearly 18 years at Diageo, where he served as group head of global business development.

Tanna brings extensive expertise in the global spirits industry, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance to the gin brand.

Luke Bahrenburg is the president of Robb Report and leads the luxury division at Penske Media Corporation.

With more than 20 years of experience in media, publishing, events, and digital platforms, Bahrenburg brings a unique perspective on luxury culture and high-end consumer engagement. He also serves as the voice for Cygnet’s investment partner.

The board will collaborate with Cygnet’s founders, Jenkins and Professor Andrew Levitas, to guide the company as it enters its next phase of international growth, establishes strategic partnerships, and maintains its leadership position in the industry.

Founded in 2022, the brand offers a premium range of gins, including Cygnet Welsh Dry Gin, Cygnet 22, the Welsh whisky barrel-aged Cygnet 77, as well as an alcohol-free ‘spirit’ Cygnet Infinity.
