CasAzar Tequila invites investors to support its next phase of growth in the US

The Tequila brand is seeking US$2 million in growth financing, with opportunities available for qualified investors.

The fundraiser comes after CasAzar successfully raised US$1.75 million in a seed funding round in 2023, achieving a valuation of US$15 million.

Following its European debut in October 2025, CasAzar is now refocusing on the US market, inviting strategic investors to participate in its next phase of growth across retail, on-premise, and new national markets.

Viviana Sierraalta-Ramirez, co-founder of CasAzar Tequila, commented: “CasAzar was built on a simple idea: Bet on Yourself. This fundraiser is a testament to our ambition to scale without compromising what makes the brand different: uncompromising design, disciplined premium positioning, and a product experience that earns repeat purchase.”

The funds will be used to accelerate the brand’s growth in current markets and to launch in key new states through strategic distribution partners.

Additionally, the funds will help increase consumer awareness through content creation, earned media, and strategic partnerships. They will also support the brand’s immediate product pipeline, including planned line extensions and new formats, while ensuring operations can scale effectively.

Max Ramirez, co-founder of Stacked Spirits, added: “We’re selectively engaging with partners who can help us expand intelligently: deepen velocity where we’re already winning, open new territories with the right distributor relationships, and execute innovation that strengthens the portfolio over time.”

CasAzar was founded in November 2024 by ex-Diageo executives and husband-and-wife duo Viviana Sierraalta-Ramirez and Max Ramirez.

The Tequila brand has gained early traction by combining a patented, design-oriented sculptural porcelain ‘stacked chips’ bottle with spirits made in Jalisco, Mexico, using 100% Blue Weber Agave and all-natural ingredients.

Its core range includes Joven, Reposado, and Añejo varieties. At The Tequila and Mezcal Masters 2025, the brand won two Gold medals and a Master medal.
