Singleton transforms The Chalet at Rosewood London

The immersive activation has transformed the hotel’s courtyard into a ‘sophisticated mountain retreat’ in the heart of London.
The Chalet reimagines Rosewood London’s terrace with ‘modern alpine sophistication’, brought to life with luxury blankets and custom cushions alongside curated wooden elements and a warm, neutral palette, all complemented by Goldbergh’s signature gold accents.
Meanwhile, Diageo-owned The Singleton brings a carefully crafted cocktail programme to The Chalet.
Using a signature slow distillation process over 72 hours, The Singleton is said to embody the philosophy of slowing down to savour a single moment – an ethos that is said to be reflected in The Chalet experience.
Signature serves include I Shine Not Burn – a blend of The Singleton 18-Year-Old with oloroso Sherry, Madeira, Marsala, and Port wines, vermouth, and smoked moss, which seeks to capture the warmth of fireside gatherings.
Meanwhile, Jock’s Well Hot Toddy features The Singleton 12-Year-Old with beurre noisette, chamomile, heather honey, and shortbread, and The Siren’s Song combines The Singleton 12-year-old with chestnut, citrus, maple, bitters, pine, and fudge for a ‘rich and complex’ winter serve.
For whisky connoisseurs, The Chalet also offers an exclusive The Singleton 21-Year-Old serve ritual – offering guests a ‘rare opportunity’ to experience the harder-to-find expression.
In addition, the food menu offers ‘hearty’ dishes such as French onion soup, baked camembert, raclette, and cheese fondue.
