Ingredients:
  • 60ml Taffer’s Browned Butter Bourbon
  • 30ml Cranberry juice
  • 30ml Pomegranate juice
  • 15ml Orange juice
  • 15ml Maple syrup
  • Garnish: Grated nutmeg, cinnamon, cranberries, pomegranate seeds and rosemary sprig
Method: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin and shake with ice until well chilled. Strain into rocks glass and garnish.

Mint Condition

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Taffer’s Browned Butter Bourbon
  • 30ml Crème de Menthe
  • 30ml Crème de Cacao
  • 30ml Heavy cream
  • Dark chocolate
Method: Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin and shake until well chilled, Strain into a Martini glass or coupe, and garnish with grated dark chocolate on top.
