How to drink it
Seasonal Rum Manhattan
Ingredients:
- 50ml Planteray Barbados XO 20th Anniversary Rum
- 25ml Sweet Italian vermouth
- Two dashes Orange bitters
- Two dashes Angostura bitters
Method: Pour all ingredients into ice-filled mixing glass and stir to dilute and chill. Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with an Amarena cherry – or if you want to really elevate your garnish, try a clove smoked orange peel.
Neat
- 50ml Planteray Barbados XO 20th Anniversary Rum
- Dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
- Almonds
