Latin Gin: inspired by Latin regions

How did Latin Gin come to be?

Latin Gin was born out of the desire to create a spirit that authentically reflects the vibrant and expressive culture of Latin regions. Our founder noticed that while gin was becoming increasingly popular across Latin America and Latin Europe, no brand truly encapsulated the Latin way of life, grounded in passion, connection, and celebration. We aimed to craft a gin that transcends the ordinary, blending centuries-old distillation techniques with modern design and a global Latin identity.

Our bottle design takes inspiration from the geometry and glamour of Latin Art Deco architecture. We collaborated with a sculptor to create a bottle that feels like a piece of art.

What are the brand’s core values?

Latin Gin is founded on four core values: passion, authenticity, innovation and connection. Passion drives everything we do, from sourcing our botanicals to creating unforgettable experiences. Authenticity involves honouring our Latin roots. Innovation is central to our production process, where we use cold distillation to preserve vibrant flavours. Lastly, connection inspires our storytelling and community efforts, as we strive to create moments that bring people together.

How is the brand combining different art forms and cultures?

Latin Gin exists at the crossroads of art, music, fashion and gastronomy. We collaborate with DJs, fashion designers, mixologists, and visual artists who share our passion for Latin culture and modern expression. Through limited edition packaging, curated playlists, and immersive tasting events, we view our brand as a cultural canvas. Each variation of our gin is crafted to evoke a distinct mood, season, or setting, inviting consumers to explore the rich layers of Latin creativity.

We believe in making luxury exciting and inclusive. Latin Gin is more than just a drink; it’s a movement. It embodies a new kind of luxury that is expressive, inclusive, and deeply rooted in culture.

What goes inside the bottle?

Latin Gin is distilled at a 120-year-old family-run facility in the Italian Alps. We combine this rich heritage with a modern cold-distillation technique that helps preserve delicate botanicals. This blend of traditional craftsmanship and innovative technology is what makes Latin Gin truly unique. Each expression starts with a base of Italian juniper, layered with vibrant ingredients like Calabrian chilli, Ecuadorian passionfruit, Brazilian orange, and hibiscus. The result is a clean, expressive flavour profile that sets us apart from more traditional gins. Smooth enough to sip neat, yet bold enough to transform any cocktail.

How are Latin Gin’s four expressions meeting different taste preferences?

Secco is our modern interpretation of London Dry, making it perfect for Martini enthusiasts and purists, with its clean, classic, and versatile character. In contrast, Beach is tropical and fun, ideal for beach clubs, brunches, and social gatherings. With bright notes of mango and passionfruit, it captures the energy of summer and spontaneity, appealing especially to Gen Z and Millennial drinkers. Our Lover gin is lightly sweet and floral, designed for romantic evenings or dessert pairings. Finally, Spice is bold and complex, catering to those who desire a gin with a kick. It’s excellent in spicy cocktails or can be enjoyed neat over ice.

Tell us about your sustainable efforts.

We utilise recyclable packaging and FSC-certified materials, and we collaborate with logistics partners who prioritise low-emission transportation. Our cold-distillation method consumes significantly less energy compared with traditional distilling practices. We continuously seek ways to minimise our environmental impact and plan to offset our distillery emissions through certified carbon programmes.
