Moskovskaya Vodka upgrades for 125th anniversary
By Miona MadsenAmber Beverage Group has introduced a new label design, website, and a limited-edition collector’s gift set for its Moskovskaya Vodka to celebrate the brand’s 125th anniversary.

Moskovskaya has roots that date back to 1900 in Imperial Russia.
To celebrate its 125th anniversary, the brand has launched a new communication platform called ‘History in the Making’.
The platform is supported by a refreshed website that showcases the brand’s updated label design, blending Moskovskaya’s heritage with a modern aesthetic.
The anniversary also marks the launch of a limited-edition collector’s gift set, of which there are only 5,000 numbered units available worldwide.
Each set includes a 700ml bottle of Moskovskaya Vodka with a new label and an exclusive art poster by Matt Withers, who is the illustrator for The Economist cover.
The two original artworks, titled ‘Let’s Reinvent the World’ and ‘A Toast Through the Ages,’ reinterpret the brand’s core values and celebrate themes of creativity, transformation and the dialogue between generations. Together, they are said to represent a visual manifesto of the brand: ‘the future belongs to those who dare to reinvent it’.
Crafted in Riga, Latvia, the vodka follows an original ‘Osobaya’ recipe. It is made from high-quality European wheat and filtered three times using a traditional method devised by Dmitry Mendeleev, the Russian chemist and inventor of the periodic table.
Distribution of the new label and limited-edition sets have begun and will reach all key regions by quarter one of 2026.
Moskovskaya Vodka is sold in over 50 markets globally, achieving ‘record sales’ last year with more than 440,000 nine-bottle cases sold.
In 2022, the brand launched a limited-edition bottle to support the Ukrainian people during the ongoing conflict.
