Everleaf’s success in the UK on-trade is said to highlight the growth of premium non-alcoholic cocktails when the product delivers ‘flavour, presentation, and sophistication’.

With its three nature-inspired apéritifs – Forest, Mountain, and Marine – Everleaf aims to set the standard in the non-alcoholic category by offering vibrant flavours from the world’s most wonderful plants.

Paul Mathew, founder of Everleaf, said: “I’ve always believed plants could offer the depth, balance, and layers needed for great cocktails – alcoholic or not. It’s inspiring to see operators bringing that vision alive, and even more so when guests respond so positively. Everleaf proves you don’t need alcohol for a drink to be complex, premium, and part of the celebration.”

According to Dan I’Anson, Everleaf commercial director, the brand’s sales numbers show a clear trend.

He explained: “When operators put quality no-alcohol options like Everleaf on the menu, people buy them, and they sell above category averages. This isn’t just about inclusivity – it’s about profitability and building a menu that reflects what modern consumers want.”

At Mitchells & Butlers, the non-alcoholic apéritif brand has been a ‘game-changer’ for the team, according to Emma Sharpe, senior drinks category manager. “For us, it’s about unlocking creativity in non-alcoholic cocktails, and Everleaf makes that simple while delivering the depth of flavour guests are looking for,” she said.

Another bar group praising Everleaf’s versatility and sales potential, Sticks’n’Sushi, has seen non-alcoholic cocktails grow in demand.

Vicky Vecchione, group head of bars at Sticks’n’Sushi, explained: “Since listing Everleaf, we’ve driven up to 15% of our cocktail sales mix through non-alc serves during key periods. The demand is definitely there – our guests expect quality and sophistication, whatever they’re drinking, and Everleaf delivers that without compromise.”

Earlier this month, the brand expanded its retail presence in the UK by securing new listings with Majestic, Ocado, and The Wine Society.

Outside the UK, Everleaf has upped its international distribution into markets such as Denmark and the Netherlands.
